ZBA Public Hearing ~ Special Exception

The Salisbury Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on the 2nd Thursday of the month, April 13, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., at the Salisbury ACADEMY HALL, 9 Old Coach Road, Salisbury, to consider the following application.
The Applicant(s), New Hampshire Signs agent for Santosh Realty Group, LLC has requested a Special Exception from the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Salisbury, Article VII, Section D-2; in order to allow for the installation for a new electronic LED fuel price sign, which is located in the Retail Village District for property fronting on 296 Old Turnpike Road (Tax Map 244, Lot 68), together with such other relief as may be required from the laws of the State of New Hampshire or the aforesaid municipal ordinance.
All submissions made by the applicant are on file with the Office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and may be reviewed by any interested parties on Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. at the Academy Hall.
