PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
   January 22, 2021

 

The Salisbury Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on the 2nd Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., at the Salisbury ACADEMY HALL, 9 Old Coach Road, Salisbury, to consider the following applications.

The Applicant(s), Michael Rosetti and Leonida Rasenas have requested a Variance from the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Salisbury, Article V, Section F; in order to remove an existing non-conforming home which would still be located in the side/rear side yard setback located in the Agricultural Zone for property fronting on 84 Sixth Road (Tax Map 211, Lot 5), together with such other relief as may be required from the laws of the State of New Hampshire or the aforesaid municipal ordinance.

All submissions made by the applicant are on file with the Office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and may be reviewed by any interested parties on Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. at the Academy Hall. 

The Board shall discuss all business that shall legally come before them. Handicap accessibility is available. Please contact 648-6320 for assistance.
