PUBLIC NOTICE
 

Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 & 675:7 that an application for:

A 1-lot minor Subdivision at 289 New Road, (Map 254, Lots 1.1) the parcel is owned by Timothy & Kathleen Jarvis.

The subdivision plans will be submitted to the Planning Board on Monday, April 5, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at ACADEMY HALL, 9 Old Coach Road, Salisbury, during a regular meeting of the Board. Upon a finding by the Board that the Application for the Subdivision meets the submission requirements of the Salisbury Subdivision Regulations, the Board will vote to accept the Application as administratively complete and a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately.

Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, the proposal will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved. Anyone needing assistance to attend this meeting should contact the Planning & Zoning Office one week prior to the scheduled date. Meeting agendas can be found on the Town’s website www.salisburynh.org
