ZBA Public Rehearing

The Salisbury Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Rehearing on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., at the Salisbury ACADEMY HALL, 9 Old Coach Road, Salisbury, to consider the following applications.

The Applicant(s), Meaghan Whyte have requested a Variance from the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Salisbury, Article V, Section F; in order to allow the construction of a chicken coop which would be located in the side yard setback located in the Agricultural Zone for property fronting on 112 Raccoon Hill Road (Tax Map 247, Lot 2), together with such other relief as may be required from the laws of the State of New Hampshire or the aforesaid municipal ordinance.

The previous public hearing did not have the required amount of votes in favor or disfavor of the application. All submissions made by the applicant are on file with the Office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and may be reviewed by any interested parties on Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. at the Academy Hall. The Board shall discuss all business that shall legally come before them.
