Planning Board Meeting ~ Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 & 675:7 that an application for: A 1-lot minor Subdivision at 289 New Road, (Map 254, Lots 1.1) the parcel is owned by Timothy & Kathleen Jarvis. The subdivision plans will be submitted to the Planning Board on Monday, October 3, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at ACADEMY HALL, 9 Old Coach Road, Salisbury, during a regular meeting of the Board.

Upon a finding by the Board that the Application for the Subdivision meets the submission requirements of the Salisbury Subdivision Regulations, the Board will vote to accept the Application as administratively complete and a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately. Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, the proposal will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved.
