PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Salisbury Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on the 2nd Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., at the Salisbury ACADEMY HALL, 9 Old Coach Road, Salisbury, to consider the following applications.

The Applicant, Brett Foley have requested a Variance from the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Salisbury, Article V, Section F; in order to build a garage which would be located in the front yard setback located in the Agricultural Zone for property fronting on 46 Old College Road (Tax Map 233, Lot 2.2), together with such other relief as may be required from the laws of the State of New Hampshire or the aforesaid municipal ordinance.

All submissions made by the applicant are on file with the Office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and may be reviewed by any interested parties on Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. at the Academy Hall.

The Board shall discuss all business that shall legally come before them. Handicap accessibility is available. Please contact 648-6320 for assistance.

(RSA 676:7 requires that Certified Mail notice must be given to the Applicant and every Abutter at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled Public Hearing.)
