Selectmen's Meeting ~ Public Hearing
PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 & 675:7 that an application for:
A Request for Agreement & Notice of Limits of Municipal Responsibility and Liability has been received for a property located on Robie Road (Map 247, Lot 6) the parcel is owned by Bradley Weyant & Alice Ogden. The applicant is requesting a building permit for a “warming hut / shelter”.
The application will be submitted to the Selectmen on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 7 p.m. and then to the Planning Board on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at Academy Hall, 9 Old Coach Road, Salisbury, NH, 03268. The Planning Board will provide a recommendation to the Selectmen which will be considered during a regular meeting of the Board on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 7 p.m.
Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, the proposal will stay on the agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved. Anyone needing assistance to attend this meeting should contact the Selectmen’s Office one week prior to the scheduled date.
